Containerised Water Filtration Systems
Reliable filtration in harsh environments
Filtering process water in extreme conditions is a serious engineering challenge, particularly where ambient temperatures can reach above 50 °C. In these environments, two problems work against any standard filtration system:
- Thermal stability — keeping the filtration system at a stable working temperature despite extreme external heat.
- Environmental protection — shielding sensitive components from dust, sand and the harsh surrounding climate.
How our containerised filtration system solves it
Our containerised water filtration systems address both challenges at once: by installing the complete system inside a climatised container, we take full control of the internal ambient temperature while protecting every component from the outside elements, delivering dependable, continuous filtration even in desert-grade conditions. As your engineering partner, we design, build and integrate the full system around your water quality, flow rate and site conditions, giving you a complete, tailored solution rather than off-the-shelf equipment.
Inside the C40D: a three-stage filtration process
Our fully customisable C40D containerised system combines three filtration stages into one integrated solution:
- Pre-filtration with cyclo-phin removes larger suspended particles and protects the downstream stages.
- Fine filtration with aquarens, a self-cleaning filter delivering 24/7 operation — no stoppages required to clean the screen.
- UV filtration for chemical-free UV sterilisation, ensuring biological contaminants are effectively removed without altering water chemistry.
Need a containerised solution for your application?
Whether your challenge is heat, dust, remote location or all three, we will engineer a containerised filtration system around your specific requirements.
