Questa corrosione si verifica principalmente a causa dell'ossigeno disciolto che entra nel sistema idrico, spesso attraverso perdite. La corrosione indotta dall'ossigeno porta all'accumulo di ruggine e particelle di ferro in vari componenti come radiatori, caldaie e scambiatori di calore. Di conseguenza, l'efficienza di trasferimento del calore del sistema diminuisce e le perdite di pressione aumentano, portando infine a una significativa riduzione delle prestazioni complessive del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row-o-content-middle vc_row-flex\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-8\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2>Il progetto<\/h2>\n<h3>Risultati importanti del progetto<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Per affrontare la sfida della corrosione e dell'ossigeno disciolto nei sistemi idrici, il nostro progetto si \u00e8 concentrato sul miglioramento della nostra soluzione MEBB per aumentare l'efficienza e la durata dei sistemi di raffreddamento e riscaldamento per i nostri clienti. La nostra soluzione MEBB+ integra la tecnologia proprietaria di filtrazione dell'acqua MEBB con la tecnologia Internet of Things (IoT), consentendo il monitoraggio in tempo reale dei livelli di ossigeno disciolto nel sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soluzione \u00e8 stata testata in tre edifici costruiti in periodi diversi (anni '20, anni '90 e anni 2010). Durante questi esperimenti, abbiamo monitorato i livelli di ossigeno disciolto e condotto analisi complete della qualit\u00e0 dell'acqua sia prima che dopo la filtrazione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I test precedenti nell'ambito del progetto <a href=\"https:\/\/heationab.com\/it\/articles\/mebb\/\">MEBB<\/a> hanno dimostrato un risparmio energetico del 4-7% quando la pulizia del sistema viene eseguita dopo alcuni anni di funzionamento.
