Esta corrosi\u00f3n se produce principalmente debido al ox\u00edgeno disuelto que entra en el sistema de agua, a menudo a trav\u00e9s de fugas. La corrosi\u00f3n inducida por el ox\u00edgeno conduce a la acumulaci\u00f3n de \u00f3xido y part\u00edculas de hierro en varios componentes, como radiadores, calderas e intercambiadores de calor. Como resultado, la eficiencia de transferencia de calor del sistema disminuye y las p\u00e9rdidas de presi\u00f3n aumentan, lo que finalmente lleva a una reducci\u00f3n significativa del rendimiento total del sistema.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row-o-content-middle vc_row-flex\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-8\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2>El proyecto<\/h2>\n<h3>Resultados importantes del proyecto.<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para abordar el desaf\u00edo de la corrosi\u00f3n y el ox\u00edgeno disuelto en los sistemas de agua, nuestro proyecto se ha centrado en mejorar nuestra soluci\u00f3n MEBB para aumentar la eficiencia y durabilidad de los sistemas de enfriamiento y calefacci\u00f3n para nuestros clientes. Nuestra soluci\u00f3n MEBB+ integra la tecnolog\u00eda de filtraci\u00f3n de agua MEBB con la tecnolog\u00eda de Internet de las Cosas (IoT), lo que permite la monitorizaci\u00f3n en tiempo real de los niveles de ox\u00edgeno disuelto en el sistema.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soluci\u00f3n se prob\u00f3 en tres edificios construidos en diferentes per\u00edodos de tiempo (d\u00e9cadas de 1920, 1990 y 2010). Durante estos experimentos, monitoreamos los niveles de ox\u00edgeno disuelto y realizamos an\u00e1lisis completos de la calidad del agua tanto antes como despu\u00e9s de la filtraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pruebas anteriores con el <a href=\"https:\/\/heationab.com\/es\/articles\/mebb\/\">MEBB<\/a> demostr\u00f3 ahorros de energ\u00eda del 4-7% cuando se realiza la limpieza del sistema despu\u00e9s de unos a\u00f1os de operaci\u00f3n.
