El proceso crea una superficie homog\u00e9nea, eliminando una fina capa de metal (aproximadamente 1 \u00b5m) y creando una superficie rugosa que mejora la adherencia de los tratamientos de deposici\u00f3n qu\u00edmica posteriores.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el caso de objetos de acero inoxidable como nuestros filtros se puede considerar un tratamiento de acabado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El microgranallado es un proceso de deformaci\u00f3n en fr\u00edo. Se obtiene mediante el impacto de superficies con esferas, tanto met\u00e1licas como no met\u00e1licas. El objetivo del proceso es dejar fuerzas de compresi\u00f3n residuales en la capa superficial del metal, aumentando as\u00ed la resistencia a la fatiga.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pasivaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El segundo tratamiento superficial que aplicamos a nuestros filtros es la pasivaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Todos nuestros filtros se fabrican en acero inoxidable. El nombre hace referencia a la capacidad de este tipo de metal para resistir la corrosi\u00f3n. Se forma una capa protectora sobre la superficie de los componentes. Esta capacidad est\u00e1 garantizada por la presencia de cromo en la aleaci\u00f3n. De hecho, para que una aleaci\u00f3n de hierro se considere acero inoxidable, debe tener un contenido de cromo de al menos el 10,5 %. El cromo crea una fina capa de \u00f3xido sobre la superficie que previene la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin embargo, no es inusual que aparezca \u00f3xido despu\u00e9s de un corto per\u00edodo de tiempo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Es interesante saber que la capa protectora tiene un espesor de tan solo unos pocos nan\u00f3metros. Tras el mecanizado y la soldadura, las peque\u00f1as part\u00edculas y \u00e1reas de la superficie tienden a presentar un alto contenido de hierro libre y son propensas a la corrosi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pasivaci\u00f3n es un proceso qu\u00edmico que busca reducir la reactividad qu\u00edmica de su superficie. El nombre se refiere a la capacidad del metal de ser pasivo al ambiente externo, o menos reactivo. La pasivaci\u00f3n elimina el hierro libre de la superficie mediante una soluci\u00f3n \u00e1cida.
