Diese Korrosion entsteht haupts\u00e4chlich durch gel\u00f6sten Sauerstoff, der oft durch Leckagen in das Wassersystem eindringt. Sauerstoffinduzierte Korrosion f\u00fchrt zur Ansammlung von Rost und Eisenpartikeln in verschiedenen Komponenten wie Heizk\u00f6rpern, Kesseln und W\u00e4rmetauschern. Infolgedessen verringert sich die W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragungseffizienz des Systems und der Druckverlust steigt, was letztendlich zu einer erheblichen Minderung der Gesamtleistung des Systems f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_row-o-content-middle vc_row-flex\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-8\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<h2>Das Projekt<\/h2>\n<h3>Wichtige Ergebnisse des Projekts.<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um die Herausforderung von Korrosion und gel\u00f6stem Sauerstoff in Wassersystemen zu bew\u00e4ltigen, hat sich unser Projekt darauf konzentriert, unsere MEBB-L\u00f6sung zu verbessern, um die Effizienz und Haltbarkeit von K\u00fchl- und Heizsystemen f\u00fcr unsere Kunden zu erh\u00f6hen. Unsere MEBB+-L\u00f6sung integriert die propriet\u00e4re Wasserfiltrationstechnologie MEBB mit der Internet of Things (IoT)-Technologie, wodurch eine Echtzeit\u00fcberwachung der gel\u00f6sten Sauerstoffwerte im System erm\u00f6glicht wird.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die L\u00f6sung wurde in drei Geb\u00e4uden getestet, die in verschiedenen Zeitr\u00e4umen gebaut wurden (1920er, 1990er und 2010er Jahre). W\u00e4hrend dieser Experimente \u00fcberwachten wir die gel\u00f6sten Sauerstoffwerte und f\u00fchrten umfassende Wasserqualit\u00e4tsanalysen sowohl vor als auch nach der Filtration durch.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fr\u00fchere Tests mit dem <a href=\"https:\/\/heationab.com\/de\/articles\/mebb\/\">MEBB<\/a> Projekt zeigte Energieeinsparungen von 4-7%, wenn die Systemreinigung nach einigen Betriebsjahren durchgef\u00fchrt wird.
