Mikrokugelstrahlen und Passivierung.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mikrokugelstrahlen<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Mikrokugelstrahlbehandlung kann durchgef\u00fchrt werden, um die Oberfl\u00e4che f\u00fcr nachfolgende Behandlungen oder Beschichtungen vorzubereiten. Der Prozess erzeugt eine homogene Oberfl\u00e4che, w\u00e4hrend eine d\u00fcnne Metallschicht (ca. 1 \u00b5m) entfernt und eine raue Oberfl\u00e4che erzeugt wird, die die Haftung nachfolgender chemischer Abscheidungsbehandlungen verbessert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bei Edelstahlgegenst\u00e4nden wie unseren Filtern kann dies als Endbehandlung angesehen werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mikrokugelstrahlen ist ein Kaltverformungsverfahren. Es wird durch Beh\u00e4mmerung der Oberfl\u00e4chen mit Kugeln erhalten, die metallisch und nichtmetallisch sein k\u00f6nnen. Das Prozessziel besteht darin, verbleibende Druckkr\u00e4fte in der oberfl\u00e4chlichen Schicht des Metalls zu belassen, um die Erm\u00fcdungsbest\u00e4ndigkeit zu erh\u00f6hen.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passivierung<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die zweite Oberfl\u00e4chenbehandlung unserer Filter ist die Passivierung.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Alle unsere Filter werden aus Edelstahl hergestellt. Der Name bezieht sich auf die F\u00e4higkeit dieses Metalls, gegen Korrosion zu widerstehen. Auf der Oberfl\u00e4che der Bauteile bildet sich eine Schutzschicht. Die F\u00e4higkeit, die Schicht zu bilden, wird durch das Vorhandensein von Chrom in der Legierung sichergestellt. Rostfreier Stahl muss einen Chromgehalt von mindestens 10,5 % aufweisen. Das Chrom bildet eine d\u00fcnne Oxidschicht auf der Oberfl\u00e4che, die die Oberfl\u00e4che vor Korrosion sch\u00fctzt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Das Auftreten von Rost nach kurzer Zeit ist jedoch nicht ungew\u00f6hnlich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interessant ist, dass die Schutzschicht nur wenige Nanometer dick ist. Nach mechanischer Bearbeitung und Schwei\u00dfen neigen kleine Partikel und Bereiche auf der Oberfl\u00e4che zu einem hohen Gehalt an freiem Eisen und neigen zur Korrosion.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Passivierung ist ein chemischer Prozess, der darauf abzielt, die chemische Reaktivit\u00e4t seiner Oberfl\u00e4che zu reduzieren. Der Name bezieht sich auf die F\u00e4higkeit des Metalls, gegen\u00fcber der \u00e4u\u00dferen Umgebung passiv oder weniger reaktiv zu sein. Bei der Passivierung wird das freie Eisen mit einer S\u00e4urel\u00f6sung von der Oberfl\u00e4che entfernt. Die anderen Elemente der Legierung, haupts\u00e4chlich Chrom und Nickel, reagieren auf den Sauerstoff in der Luft und bilden eine Oxidschicht, die das darunterliegende Metall vor Korrosion sch\u00fctzt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row-full-width vc_clearfix\"><\/div>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Surface treatments All our products undergo two surface treatment processes.
